FAQ
Barrier reduction
We set ourselves the task of breaking down as many barriers as possible.
People with a disability pass (mark B) can take an accompanying person to the festival free of charge.
But the festival takes place on a natural green area, which is often uneven.
Nevertheless, barrier-free toilets are available on the camping and festival grounds.
We want to break down barriers (not just spatial ones) as far as we can. If you have any questions in advance, please contact info@skandaloes-festival.de.
Volunteer
An event like the Skandaløs Festival cannot be realized without help.
Once again this year we need helping hands for setting up and dismantling as well as for various activities during the festival. As a volunteer, you will gain insights behind the scenes and also have the opportunity to have part of the ticket price reimbursed.
You can find more information under the menu item VOLUNTEER.
Protection of minors
Children and young people under the age of 16 are only permitted to attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal age. Children and young people between the ages of 16 and 18 are permitted to stay at the event until midnight. After midnight, young people between the ages of 16 and 18 must also be accompanied by a person with parental authority or an adult guardian. More information can be found in our information sheet .
Theparental authorizationmust be recorded in writing on the form provided for this purpose and must be presented at the ticket office when the wristbands are issued, together with a copy of the identity card of the person with parental authority. This is to prevent the falsification of a parenting assignment.
Kids tickets
Children are welcome here!
Children under the age of 12 therefore have free access to the festival.
For children and young people aged 12 – 15, parents can purchase tickets at a reduced price at the box office.
Parking
We will designate appropriate areas for parking on site.
Unlike in previous years, we will not be selling parking tickets in advance this year. Instead, a parking fee will be charged on site regardless of the duration of the stand.
We will use the proceeds to finance the shuttle bus for the journey by public transport.
Solidarity donation
Solidarity helps!
In order to make it a little easier for people with fewer financial resources to access our festival, we are once again relying on the solidarity of those who may have a little more this year.
The solidarity donation of €15 unlocks tickets at a reduced price of €45 together with the last ticket level according to the number of donations paid.
Day tickets
Day tickets are also available again for the Skandaløs Festival 2024.
These allow the holder to enter the festival grounds during opening hours and to use the shuttle buses.
Ticket return
The return of our tickets is generally excluded. (See AGB)
However, if you are unable to attend, it is possible to resell the ticket.
Ticket price
Why are tickets getting more expensive again?
As costs are still rising due to inflation, we will not be able to avoid increasing ticket prices.
This is a shame, because we are also of the opinion that culture should be within everyone’s reach.
That is why we would be very happy if you could take advantage of our solidarity system to give people with a smaller budget the opportunity to buy tickets at a reduced price.
Ticket delivery
The tickets will be sent automatically by e-mail after receipt of payment.
As soon as you have received your tickets, save them in a useful place where you can find them again.
If you can’t find an email from us after ordering or paying, check your spam folder. If in doubt, write totickets@skandaloes-festival.de
Surrounding area
Denmark is just a stone’s throw away, right across the border. If you fancy a walk, you can walk to the border in about half an hour. Tønder, the next largest Danish town, is about 12 km from the festival site.
The nearest town is Neukirchen, just 2.5 km away, which is also a stopover for our shuttle buses. There you have the opportunity to buy the essentials in the local supermarket (NahKauf), withdraw money (VR Bank ATM), or do a few lengths in the swimming pool.
Wiedingharde tickets
You live in the Wiedingharde?
Once again this year, we will be selling discounted tickets for local residents. These have been available since Easter at Nahkauf in Neukirchen or at the Wiedingharde information center in Klanxbüll.
Unlike previous years, day passes will be available for residents for the various days.
Residents are people who live in postcode 25927 or 25924 and are registered with the Bosbüll Parish Council. x x
WOMO
Sleeping under your own car roof? No problem!
With a WoMo ticket, you can drive any vehicle (regardless of size) to the designated WoMo camping area and set up an accompanying tent right next to it.
To make this happen, the areas in question need to be prepared and groomed to the best of our abilities. So, we’ve got to pass on the corresponding costs.
